Notes

  • Checks are typically mailed in approximately 10 calendar days from date of entry online, unless the claim needs to be forwarded to another payer.
  • You can not see a QUEST client until you are an enrolled provider with the State of Hawaii's Med-Quest program (HOKU). Contact UHC/Optum Provider customer service to get into contact with the Behavioral Health Provider Advocate who will append the system when you are HOKU enrolled.
  • UHC has a free online portal for claims submissions. Checks are mailed, but you can also sign up for free for OptumPay for electronic deposits.
